The website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking. What it keeps in your browser is described in the Cookie policy.
03Why we use it and on what basis
- To answer your enquiry or valuation request — your consent, given when you send the form (art. 6.1.a GDPR), and the steps you ask for before a contract (art. 6.1.b).
- To manage a sale, purchase, rental or management agreement — the contract with you (art. 6.1.b).
- To meet legal obligations, for example tax and anti-money-laundering rules (Law 10/2010) — a legal obligation (art. 6.1.c).
We do not send newsletters or advertising without your separate consent, and we make no automated decisions or profiles about you.
04How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept as long as needed to answer you and follow up, and then deleted. If a business relationship starts, we keep the data for the time the law requires (for example for tax and anti-money-laundering obligations).
05Who receives it
We do not sell or share your data for marketing. It may be processed by:
- the providers that run the website and our email on our behalf, under a data processing agreement — the website is hosted on Google Cloud in the European Union (Belgium);
- notaries, lawyers, banks or public authorities when a transaction or the law requires it, and only with what they need.
If you contact us on WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook, those services also process your messages under their own terms.
06International transfers
We do not plan transfers outside the European Economic Area. If a provider needs one, it will be covered by the safeguards of the GDPR, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
07Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. You can also withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what was done before.
Write to info@caribasolproperty.com saying which right you want to exercise. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency, www.aepd.es.
08Security
We protect your data with appropriate technical and organisational measures, and limit access to the people who need it to answer you.
09Minors
This website is not directed at children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the law or our services change. The date at the top always shows the latest version.
