Cabopino is known for its shallow water. It is a family beach with all the services needed to spend a whole day there. To verifySource: the 2020 text of the current site. Check that it is still accurate and that nothing has changed on the beach.

The beach

If you are choosing between several beaches on the coast, shallow water and a full set of services are the kind of detail that decides it for a family with young children.

What the beach is like out of season is a different question, and one that a visit answers better than a page of text. Walk it in a quiet month before you decide anything.

The dunes

At the eastern end of the beach, towards the dunes of Artola, the character changes. It is a more natural stretch, with less built around it. Ask the office what you will find there today and what the local rules are. To verifySource: the 2020 text. The status of the dunes and any rules for that stretch of beach must be checked before publication.

If you are thinking of living here

A beach is only part of the picture. If Cabopino is on your list, tell the office how you would use the home: a holiday week, a few months a year, or a place to live all year round. The questions that matter most are practical ones: how far you are from daily shopping, how the area feels in winter, and what the community fees pay for.

We can show you the homes currently listed here.
