Questions to ask yourself before you choose between Calahonda, Mijas Costa, Cabopino and the other areas.
There is no best area, only the area that fits how you will live. These questions help you decide which ones to visit first.
How will you use the home?
A few weeks a year, several months, or all year round? The answer changes what matters.
How close to the sea?
On the beach, a short walk, or a short drive. Frontline homes and homes ten minutes inland are different choices.
What do you need nearby?
Shops, a doctor, a school, the airport. Write down what you would be unhappy to drive for.
How does it feel out of season?
Visit in a quiet month. Streets, shops and noise are different in winter.
Who do you want to ask?
Our office is in Calahonda. For any area, ask the office what it knows and what it does not.
